Submission Process

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

Full Manuscript Submission

The papers should be submitted on IEEE format against the topics mentioned in "Call for Papers".

Prospective authors should submit PDF versions of their papers. Six pages in standard IEEE format are allowed for each paper, including figures.

A maximum of two additional pages is permitted (Extra pages will be charged).
