Registration fees cover access to all technical sessions, conference kit, lunch, and tea breaks.

Important Notes
- Conference registration for presenting authors includes free entry to conference sessions, seminars, workshops and plenary sessions.
- Conference registration for non-presenting authors & visitors includes free entry to conference sessions, seminars and plenary sessions [Not included Workshops].
- All foreign nationals should immediately contact at zuddin.ceme@ceme.nust.edu.pk for intimation about presenting/attending the conference and visa support letter.
- Non-presenting Authors/Visitors (on-spot Registration fee) does not include the Conference Dinner.
- The international non-presenting visitor needs to get an invitation letter for applying for a visa in advance.
- The cost does not include accommodation during the conference. Following hotels are recommended for accommodation during the conference:
